My goal is to make this a first-class citizen under OS X, and when the rumored future PowerPlant for OS X comes out, support WTextView with it. WTextView should a simple to use, drop view class, that lets you do what you would resaonable expect to be able to do with a text view. That means: support for appleEvents, drag&drop, services, the interactive spelling checker, the character palette and the font palette.
